Location: Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, Nigeria

Marking its 15th anniversary under the theme “In Full Bloom,” Lagos Fashion Week 2025 celebrated African fashion’s evolution with 60+ designers showcasing sustainable, innovative collections. Attracting 4,000+ attendees, including global buyers and media, it featured runway shows, pop-ups, panels on circular design and local manufacturing, and the International Buyers’ Hub. A finalist for the 2025 Earthshot Prize, the event boosted eco-conscious practices through skills programs reviving native crafts like adire prints. Lagos Fashion Week Official won The Earthshot Prize to Build a Waste-Free World, receiving £1M to advance ethical sourcing, clean production, and circular approaches addressing overproduction and overconsumption, setting continental standards for meaningful, responsible fashion.
