The 100 Iconic Personalities of the Year 2026 Awards and Summit successfully held on April 10 at the Lagos Oriental Hotel. Organized by Iconic International Holdings in partnership with the Mayorkings Charity Foundation, the event centred on the inspiring theme “The Africa We Want: Accelerating Excellence For A Self-Reliant Continent”. The day combined a high-level Business and Leadership Summit with an elegant evening awards gala. It brought together delegates and speakers from over 35 African countries and the diaspora to celebrate excellence and discuss Africa’s path to self-reliance. Notable award recipients included Rachel Makana, Solomon Daniel Robinson, and Victoria Lebene, among many other outstanding changemakers across different sectors. The summit featured powerful keynotes and panel discussions with distinguished speakers such as Prof. Eze Chidi Nwauba, Dr. Alibaba and Dr. Kaffy.
