International Women’s Day may have just passed, but the ideas it represents do not expire after twenty four hours. Neither does the work. This edition continues that conversation while also pausing to acknowledge another moment that shaped many of us, Mother’s Day. For countless women, leadership begins long before the boardroom. It begins at home.
This issue also does something slightly unexpected. Our cover features a man, Milan Samuel Chukwu. Yes, we know. It is not our usual cover choice for Women’s month (March), and that is precisely why we love it! .
